Hello! My name is Jiaqi Kyki Li. I am a junior at the University of Washington, double majoring in Anthropology and Dance.​
This portfolio is a compilation of my growth as a leader through documentation, artifact collection, and critical reflections.
As a leader, my underlying core values are flexibility, mindfulness, inquisitiveness, authenticity and resilience. Through a thoughtful process of self-reflection, I realized that these are the values that drove me into being a flexible and authentic leader, who is passionate about her self-growth and the growth of the team.
